Before you book.
Do you bill my insurer directly?
Direct billing depends on your plan. Send us a photo of your card on WhatsApp and we'll confirm.
Where do I park?
Park in Lake Central Tower on Marasi Drive. Bring your ticket to reception in Office 1308 and we validate it.
What happens at a first visit?
Your doctor examines you, then explains the plan. Any fees are confirmed with you before treatment. Nothing starts until you agree.
When are you open?
Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00. Message us on WhatsApp at any time and we reply with times during clinic hours.
What if I have a dental emergency?
Dental emergencies seen same day during clinic hours: message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 671 9387. After hours, message us and we'll reply first thing. For severe facial swelling, difficulty breathing or heavy bleeding, call 998 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
